Influence construction details on the cost of the work

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the choice of material ceilings on the total price of the ceiling construction. In the theoretical part are generally defined ceiling structures, their requirements, types of ceilings by material and also the basis of valuation of construction works and supplies. In the practical part, ceiling structures above the 1st floor are proposed, which are calculated in the budget. Finally, I analyze the influence of material selection on the price of designed ceiling constructions.

Family house at the farm

The bachelor thesis deals with project documentation of a family farmhouse. The project documentation is intended for building permit. The family house will be located in region of Vysočina, municipality of Luka nad Jihlavou and cadastral area of Luka nad Jihlavou. The building is situated in moderate steep terrain. Important goal is complex effect of the building and its merging with surrounding environment and with designed area of the other farm buildings as well. The house is consisting of two housing units. The main housing unit is designed for family of four members and the second unit is designed as housing for guests. The building is designed as masonry construction with two floors above ground and one floor below ground. For vertical structures above ground is HELUZ system used and for vertical structures below ground is permanent formwork used. Horizontal structures partly consist from SPIROLL ceiling system and partly from wooden ceiling structures. For construction of the roof, which is designed as gabled roof with built-in trapezoid dormers, is KM Beta roof system used.

Technological stage of the rough superstructure of the Jaroslavice mill

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design and technological solution for the implementation of the rough superstructure of the press in Jaroslavice. The con-tent of the work is an accompanying report and summary technical report of the building, the construction situation and the solution of relations of wider trans-port routes, technological regulations for the implementation of ceramic structu-res and for the implementation of wooden ceiling construction, machine design, site equipment solutions, safety and health solutions construction sites and in-spection and test plans for the execution of ceramic structures and for the executi-on of wooden ceiling structures.

Thesis then focuses on sandwich walls, for which it’s managing technological note and inspection and test plan. Also, part of the thesis is managing of work safety issues on the construction site and elaboration of own task for topic of comparing time limit and economical side of concreting first floor by two different machinery assemblies.
